Step inside the Malibu Barbie Café — a two-storey pink paradise where Barbie’s world comes to life! Think retro glam, dreamy desserts, all-day dining, signature cocktails at the Ken Kabana, exclusive Barbie merch, a groovy mini skate rink, and endless Insta-worthy photo ops.
There’s no entry fee to the Dreamhouse — we keep it accessible by linking access to your dining reservation.
Reservations are essential to guarantee your spot inside. For this reason we are unable to accomodate guests who wish to look around the Dreamhouse.
Please note: during school holidays & weekends, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins, and availability can be limited at peak times. Keep an eye on our website for cancellations or newly released spots — we’ll always do our best to seat walk-ins if space allows.

On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30pm, the upstairs dining, bar, and mini skate rink become 18+ only

We’re so excited to welcome Barbie fans of all ages — and we want your visit to be as fabulous and fun as possible!
To help everyone feel comfy and make sure there’s plenty of room for prams, strollers, and sparkly outfits, please include all guests in your booking — even the tiniest ones.
While we adore little ones, we’re not able to seat children on laps, as each guest needs their own spot at the table.
Just a heads-up — we’re a café, not a play centre, so there’s no playground or play area. But there’s plenty of pink magic, photo ops, and treats to keep the fun going!
The Malibu Barbie Café is perfect for teens, adults, and fabulous fans who love pink, yummy food, and snapping the ultimate selfie in our Dreamhouse.
Everyone of all ages is welcome at Malibu Barbie Café! If you’re bringing younger Barbies and Kens, please note the experience is best suited for ages 5–6+ who can safely explore and enjoy the space - but little ones are absolutely welcome to join the fun too!We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times so everyone - big and small - can enjoy a smooth, sparkling experience.
Barbie x Imala Mini Skate Rink

Add some extra fun with a spin around our Barbie x Impala MINI Skate Rink — located upstairs at the Dreamhouse!
$10 for 15 minutes of skating fun
Includes skate hire and protective gear
Skate sessions are limited and booked separately on the day
Dining reservations are required to access the rink — skating cannot be booked separately

Dining does not include or guarantee skating
Skating is generally suited for kids aged 6+ or 100cm tall, but it all depends on foot size
Our smallest skate size is US 1 / EU 32

VIP ‘Adult’s Only’ Private Dining Experience
Our most exclusive Barbie experience awaits.
Step inside 1970s Malibu with stunning cocktails, dreamy décor, and private service. Hosted in our glamorous VIP dining room, Malibu Nights is an adults-only affair for up to 8 guests — perfect for birthday soirées, catch-ups or a girls’ night out.
Available Thursday to Sunday, one session only per evening available from 6:30pm.
Set package experience for 8 guests.

Join our Malibu Barbie Dream Team
We’re looking for experienced staff to join the team:
Co Head Chef – Lead our kitchen, develop new recipes, mentor the team, and deliver delicious, fun food.
Kitchen Hands – Support the chefs, keep the kitchen clean, and help with prep.
Restaurant Manager – Oversee daily operations and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Servers – Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and keep the vibe friendly and fun.
Retail Supervisor – Manage our Barbie store, handle stock ordering and control, and help guests pick the perfect merch.
Hosts – A fun mix of hosting, light acting, and serving, bringing the Barbie world to life for our guests.
Front of House & Reservations Supervisor – Greet guests, manage bookings and table plans, handle tricky situations with confidence, and keep the front of house running smoothly and professionally, experience with SevenRooms highly regarded but not essential.
